In fact, I decided to do something a little different and write an interactive article. Some of us simply don’t enjoy or can’t work out to YouTube videos. If that sounds like you, then perform the exercises in this list – as you’re reading – right now!

Work Out Right Now
Jog in Place – 1 minute: This will get you loosened up. You should be jogging now as you’re reading this. Who would have thought you’d click on an article then be working out 30 seconds later? It’s okay if you don’t have a timer. Do your best to guess and get close to the minute mark. After you’re done –
10 Bodyweight Squats: Now that you’re good to go, we can get into the more difficult exercises. Squat down the whole way. No cheating. It’s only 10 reps. You’re probably cussing me by now, but that’s okay. You’re getting in shape –
20 Jumping Jacks: You remember these, right? Flashbacks to gym class. Don’t let that stop you. You might be getting out of breath, but you can do it. This workout is not that hard. I designed it for everyone –
10 Push-Ups: Do regular push-ups or push-ups from your knees. Whichever you prefer. I won’t type anymore so you can get on the floor and get going! –
10 Lunges per Leg: Now that you’re off the floor we can do some forward lunges. Get 10 reps in per leg. You can alternate or do all 10 on one leg then switch. Are you getting tired yet? –
10-15 sit-ups: Okay, almost done. Get back on the floor and do some sit-ups/crunches. Whichever you prefer is fine with me!
3 Minutes of Stretching: That’s it. Get some stretching in and you just completed your short workout.
